The paper “Some considerations on the role of universities and research centers in EU-funded sustainable mobility projects” is the winner of one of the best paper awards of the twentieth edition of the “International Conference on Computational Science and its Applications“(ICCSA). Authors Francesco Bruzzone and Silvio Nocera dwelled upon the experiences within three mobility projects. One of the projects selected for analysis s was also the Adrion SMILE project.

Francesco Bruzzone and Silvio Nocera have taken in considerations the role of universities and research centers in three EU-funded sustainable mobility projects: the MOBILITAS, SMART-COMMUTING and SMILE projects in order to make a point for the positive content of the presence of the research institutes within the Interreg projects. A formal acknowledgement was made in order to specify that the research has been funded through the Interreg Central Europe Programme (2014-2020) under Project SMART-COMMUTING, and through the Interreg Adrion Programme (2014-2020) under Project SMILE.
